JASON M. SEMLER
PRESIDENT

Jason began his career in construction early in life at the young age of 14 when he became a framing carpenter for his father who also builds homes. He worked as a carpenter for 8 years, learning step by step, all the many aspects of what goes into producing a quality home. He not only thoroughly enjoyed the “hands on” training of his career, but was particularly fascinated with the miracle of creating something magnificent from nothing! Jason soon discovered he had a knack for creating and designing new and creative ideas for new homes!

In 1994, Jason and three other associates founded FOUR DIAMOND BUILDERS INC, which launched his career as a contractor. The first year Four Diamond built only two homes as they struggled to put in place efficient systems and a strong marketing team. In year two, Four Diamond built 15 homes as word began to spread from satisfied customers, happy with their homes. By the third year, Four Diamond was producing 50 homes per year.
Jason truly enjoyed seeing the smiles on the faces of his homebuyers at the closing table and felt good about his work that he was able to create homes that others would love and enjoy for years to comes.

In the year 2002, the company went through additional changes and Jason became sole owner and President of Four Diamond Builders, In 2003, Four Diamond changed it’s name to J.M. Semler to reflect these changes. Jason remains even more dedicated and determined to establish a company that is committed to the highest values, levels of service, and superior quality. He believes strongly in assuring a building process for his buyers that encourages and supports a long-term successful relationship through trust, impeccable service and open communication. These are Jason’s professional and personal goals as he builds new homes and new relationships. Jason and his wife Jenny have a son Jacob who was born in 2002. His passions other than homebuilding include fishing, hunting and spending time with his family and friends.
