We back that warranty with a 2-10 Homebuyers Warranty which serves as a third party in resolving warranty matters in the event that J.M. Semler Building Corp. is unable to perform. To make it possible for us to perform efficiently we follow 2-10 Homebuyers Warranty performance guidelines. If you are an existing J.M.
